  • Send an introduction to all the parties in the transaction, explaining our role and how we work as your representative.
  • Review all documents to verify that they are complete with correct dates and signatures. Notify you of any discrepancies.
  • Create a summary with key dates and contacts. You can have this on your phone as an image, file or log into our dashboard to check your transaction status.
  • Send documents out for signatures to the parties you represent.
  • Upload all documents to your Broker's system.
  • Stay in touch with every party for regular updates to make sure your closing goes smoothly and on time.
  • Send closing instructions, Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) and an invoice for our services to be paid out of escrow.

  • Provide contracts to lender.
  • Upload inspections to file.
  • Prepare amendments, documents and releases per the agent’s written instructions.
  • Coordinate receipt of deposit checks, proof of repairs, HOA approvals and financial documents. 
  • Confirm that inspections are scheduled within the time frame of contract.
  • Order Home Waaranty and make sure invoice is sent to Title Company.
